With Automated Reviews, our system allows you to input multiple content messages that will be posted randomly oine week after a guest checks out. This ensures your reviews are not only genuine but also reflect the dynamic personality of your property.
Edit Content Reviews
To edit any content reviews simply click on the message to open the edit section, update the public content or delete it if needed.
Add a personal touch to your automated reviews by including a private message. Whether it's a special thank you note or specific instructions for future bookings, you have the flexibility to tailor a message that resonates with your guests.
Timing Is Everything
Our Automated Reviews feature operates on a one-week delay after the guest checks out. This thoughtful timeline strikes the perfect balance, allowing your guests to reflect on their stay before receiving your automated review, in addition it gives time to suspend the review if needed.
