Promotions with Airbnb (LOS Pricing Model)

Attention: Airbnb offers the ability to set up custom promotions directly from your Airbnb portal. You can find more information here.

The custom promotion on Airbnb is based on a FIXED price defined either by Airbnb or by the host within the Airbnb portal.

The percentage discounts resulting from the custom promotion on Airbnb are applied to the fixed price on Airbnb, not on the LOS (Length of Stay) price sent by the channel manager.

Only the following promotions can be synchronized from the prices sent by BookingSync:

• Last Minute Discount
• Early Bird Discount
• New Listing Promotion

To use "special promotions" during specific periods, you have two options:

1. Use the fixed Airbnb price and increase the original price if needed directly on your Airbnb portal (for this, contact Airbnb support).

2. Use BookingSync's special offers, which allow you to include percentage increases or decreases during specific periods. Note that these percentage increases or decreases will be calculated in the accommodation price and will not be displayed as promotions on Airbnb.
