Managing payments with SmilyPay.
1. What is SmilyPay?

SmilyPay is our payment gateway solution, operating under our own banking agent license, registered with the ACPR (French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority). Our gateway exclusively handles transactions in euros (€).

SmilyPay is SCA/3DS 2.0 certified, eliminating the risk of fraud and ensuring successful payments.

Payments are stored in your SmilyPay wallet and are released at the latest on the day of check-in, with automatic weekly transfers to your account. You can view all your payments (past and upcoming) from the "Finance" section of your Smily account. With SmilyPay, you can also manage refunds for your travelers with just 1 click!

Creating an account on a payment gateway can be complex, but with SmilyPay, the onboarding process is simplified, and you benefit from the support of our teams.
2. What are the benefits of SmilyPay?

- One-click refunds directly from the reservation page in your Smily account.

3. What are the rates of SmilyPay?
Our rates are more affordable than Stripe, offering a specialized solution tailored to your Smily account.
Transaction fees are directly deducted from your payouts.
European Card Payments:
- Standard card: 1.4% + €0.30
- Corporate card: 2.95% + €0.30
Non-European Card Payments:
- Standard card: 2.95% + €0.30
- Corporate card: 3.5% + €0.30
The details of these fees will be visible in the "Financial Report" section of your Smily account, and a monthly invoice will be issued to help you manage your accounting.
4. Constant improvements
SmilyPay receives constant improvements. Example of upcoming feature: "Split Payment"!
Tired of chasing commissions from property owners?
This option ensures automatic payments to property owners based on the amounts owed, while allowing you to quickly receive the funds due to you.
The "split payment" option will have an additional fee of 0.6% (excl. VAT) per transaction.
