NO - Rentals cannot be imported from Expedia
Properties can be imported from Expedia with all the rooms they have attached. The rentals should be mapped to the corresponding units to enable rates and availability sync (as for the rental import, currently that is the only available work-around, to create multi unit properties. To enable full sync, API profile name must be provided by Expedia

YES - the fees that are defined as required are synchronized with Expedia, except if they have the rate kind percentage per person, per adult, per child or individual percentage per adult (used for the French tourist tax). It is possible to add these kinds of fees directly on Expedia.
All fees defined in Expedia bookings are synchronized with the bookings on BookingSync.
Please note that additional fees can also be added later in the booking on BookingSync.
