How to invite the owner
- Go to the Apps section of your account and click on
Owners
- Click on
Invite owner
on the top right - Enter the owner information
- First name
- Last name
- Preferred language. Please note when selecting language the owner will receive the email in that language. They can change their preferred language in their Dashboard > Settings. At the moment there are only 2 language options English and French
- Select Rentals (you will be able to assign more rentals to the owner in the second
step if needed) - Switch the access in Can View to provide additional client details to the owner (email address, phone numbers, client notes and etc.)
- Click
Send invitation
As soon as you give access to your owners, they will be able to connect in 24/7 to their dedicated owner's account to view their dashboard, calendars.
The owner will receive an email with a link to Accept the invitation. As soon as they click on it, they will get redirected to a Privacy Policy page which they need to accept in order to Continue.
In your owner's app dashboard, you can also see the owner's transactions, reports and access control where you can enable/disable information about the booking.
How to modify owner's access
You can change the owner access at any time:
- Go to the Owner's section
- Click the owner name to open the panel
- Click
Access Control
- Switch on/off the options
After you give certain access to the owner, they will be able to see the information that has been shared in the owner's app usually under the guest information in the booking blocked as grey.
How to assign owner to the rental
- Go to the Rentals section
- If the rental already has an owner assigned, click
Change
- Otherwise, select from the Owners list in the select dropdown
How to remove owner access
- Go to the Rentals section
- On the right side of the rental, click on
Change
- Click
Remove access
highlighted in Red - Navigate back to Owners where you will see Remove owner link clicking on which will remove the owner
You can remove owners from the list if they are not assigned to any rentals:
- In the Rentals section of your owner app please remove the access to the rental they are assigned to
- Go to the Owner's section where you now see Remove owner link
