To set up YourWelcome first you need to create an Account on YourWelcome's website After that, you can add/install it via Apps in your BookingSync account:
- In the Apps, click Visit the App Center button.
Where you will find the YourWelcome App.
- A login page will then come up where you need to log in
There are 2 ways to reach the connected accounts page on the YourWelcome dashboard. You can either select the button in the Connect Your Accounts Banner or click on the account menu (in the top right of the dashboard) and select Connected Accounts
Find BookingSync in the list, then click Connect
This will bring up a pop-up modal asking you whether you want to connect.
After clicking it you will be redirected to BookingSync’s website where you will need to authorize the connection. Please ensure you log in at this screen using your BookingSync account details (your BookingSync username and password).
Once logged in you will need to click the Authorise and you are connected!
