You've taken the first step by signing our proposal, and we are excited to support you at every stage of your journey with Smily. This detailed guide will explain everything you need to know about the setup process and how to get the most out of our platform.
Discovery and Setup: Your Journey Starts Here
At Smily, we are committed to making your transition as smooth as possible. From the moment you sign up, you will benefit from individual workshops and on-demand video tutorials designed to guide you step-by-step in setting up your account.
Please note that the journey must be completed within 1 month after you have signed the proposal.
During this 1-month period, we will not charge you a monthly subscription fee. Keep in mind that the subscription will begin after one month. If you have not attended the necessary workshops to set up Smily during this month, you can still book the missed workshops even if your subscription has started.
Here's how we proceed:
In this section, we will explain the steps of your onboarding process at Smily from the signing to the end of your training.
- Discovery Session: Just after signing and payment, we organize a first phone call. This key moment allows you to familiarize yourself with your onboarding specialisst who will prepare your account for the first workshop. You will need to have your Airbnb login information handy so we can link your accounts and start importing your properties.
- Preparation for the First Workshop: Following this call, you will receive an email with detailed instructions and a link to schedule your first workshop. Take this time to familiarize yourself with our interface through our series of tutorials and to complete the required information on your properties.
- First Workshop - Account Setup: During this workshop, we will establish the essential settings for your account, such as setting up your rates and configuring your payment gateway, SmilyPay.
- Optional Workshop - Notifications: Depending on your needs, you can participate in an additional workshop to customize your notifications and learn how to manage the notification center.
- Final Workshop - Connections to Portals: Training to connect your listings to various booking platforms
GO! Launch and Monitoring: Once all workshops are completed, your account will be fully operational. We will activate billing, and our onboarding specialist will ensure that everything is in order before handing over to your dedicated account manager, who will support you in the long term.
Coming Up: Creation of Your Personalized Website
Depending on the package you choose, we can also help you create and customize your own website, complete with your logo and colors, to strengthen your online presence and attract more direct bookings.
