How to publish your listings?
1) Install the Travelstaytion app from the Smily App Center
- In your Smily account, go to Apps and click Visit the App Center.
- Install the Travelstaytion application from the Smily App Center:
- Once installed, click the app to authorise the sending of your data from Smily to Travelstaytion.
2) Personalise your app settings
In the Travelstaytion app settings (click “…” next to the app):
- Set a markup for this channel.

Exclude listings you do not want to publish.
- By default, all listings are published.
3) Complete the onboarding process with Travelstaytion
After you install the app and accept to push your listings:
- Travelstaytion receives a notification and will contact you to create your account.
- You will need to complete onboarding details such as KYC information, cancellation policies, and other required information.
- You can also proactively create your account here:
- Once everything is completed, Travelstaytion will schedule a final call to review the setup before making your listings live.

The Travelstaytion dashboard lets you view bookings, listings, invoices, and payout details per listing.
Please note:
- You cannot edit listing information from your Travelstaytion account.
- Any changes must be made in your Smily account.
Cancellations: important process
Whether a cancellation is made by the host or by the traveller, it needs to be cancelled on Travelstaytion’s side first.
- The cancellation will then reflect automatically in Smily (sent via API).
- Do not cancel bookings directly in Smily. Always go through Travelstaytion.
Payment and payout details
- Guest payment is handled by Travelstaytion.
- Multi-IBAN is supported (IBAN per listing).
- Payments are supported in all currencies.

Dashboard access
The Travelstaytion dashboard allows you to view bookings, listings, invoices, and payout details per listing.
Editing content
You cannot edit listing information from the Travelstaytion dashboard. Any changes must be made in your Smily account.
Communication with guests
- You will receive Travelstaytion guest messages by email and you can reply directly.
- Travelstaytion messages are not synchronised with the Smily inbox.
Taxes, deposits, and key policies (good to know)
Damage deposit
Travelstaytion supports damage deposits, but they are not collected by the channel. They are only displayed on the listing.
City tax
City tax is collected via Travelstaytion and passed to the Property Manager. You are responsible for remitting it to the relevant authorities.
Cancellation policies available
Property Managers can choose between the following cancellation policies:
- Super flexible: full refund up to 1 week before check-in (by 12:00 CET)
- Flexible: full refund up to 2 weeks before check-in, then 50% refund up to 1 week before check-in (by 12:00 CET)
- Moderate: full refund up to 1 month before check-in, then 50% refund up to 2 weeks before check-in (by 12:00 CET)
- Strict: full refund up to 2 months before check-in, then 50% refund up to 1 month before check-in (by 12:00 CET)
- Super strict (invitation only): 50% refund up to 1 month before check-in, then no refund (by 12:00 CET)
- Firm (invitation only): no refund at any time (by 12:00 CET)
- Extremely strict (invitation only): full refund up to 42 days before check-in, then no refund (by 12:00 CET)
Commission
Travelstaytion commission is 15% (excluding taxes) + transaction fees, deducted directly from the host payout.
Booking limitations
- Minimum length of stay: no limitations
- Booking window: no limitations
