Step-by-step guide to connect your Smily account with GuestReply
This guide walks you through connecting your Smily account with GuestReply using our private app integration. The process takes just a few minutes.
Step 1: Open Apps Page in Smily
Open your Smily account and navigate to Apps, then scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Step 2: Add GuestReply App
Install GuestReply on the Smily app center.
Step 3: Verify Installation
GuestReply will now be visible in your Smily Apps section. Confirm it appears before proceeding.
Step 4: Connect Smily to GuestReply
Click on the GuestReply app and create an account or login to your account, select Smily from the list of available PMS integrations, then click Link Account.
Step 5: Grant Permissions
Click Allow to complete the authentication.
