There are a few options to check if your notification has been sent:
Option 1
Check by notification name. Go to Notifications > Sent, filter by notification name in the web browser by clicking Ctrl + F or Cmd + F for Mac users.
Option 2
Check by Booking ID. In order to get the Booking ID, you can go to Bookings, select any booking and click on Edit Booking. You will see the booking ID in the URL:
As soon as you have the ID you can navigate back to Notifications > Sent and filter the ID in the web browser by clicking Ctrl + F or Cmd + F for Mac users. There are 2 places where you can search for the booking ID Notifications > Sent and Notifications > Scheduled. This way you can see if the notification has been sent or is still to be sent in Scheduled. It can take a couple of minutes for a notification to appear in Scheduled and some more time to send. In case you do not see the ID please contact our support team.
Please note that all notifications are scheduled and sent in UTC time zone. Although, the time zone of your rental is considered and the notification is sent according to your rental's time zone and delivery window configuration.
Please note that if there is an attachment to the notification you want to test, it will not show in the test notification.
