How to integrate PriceLabs with BookingSync ?

Add the PriceLabs app on your BookingSync account

or connect BookingSync from your PriceLabs account by clicking on Add your listings > Select your PMS > select BookingSync:

Authorize PriceLabs to access your BookingSync account. The sync will be automatically launched and your listings will be imported to PriceLabs within a few minutes!

Your prices though won't be synced automatically. Indeed, this will required some settings on PriceLabs before your new prices will be sent to BookingSync. Please note that listings will need to have a starting price set on BookingSync before you can review prices on PriceLabs, and the nightly minimum set in BookingSync must be lower than the rate pushed by PriceLabs or rates will not be pushed from BookingSync to your channels. 

Once your prices will be set up on PriceLabs, you simply have to activate the sync for PriceLabs to send the rates to BookingSync (the sync will take place once a day meaning that your prices on BookingSync will be refreshed every day based on your modifications on PriceLabs).

You will then see in the Rates section of your property, the information that your prices are now managed by PriceLabs:

PriceLabs will sync your prices to BookingSync once a day. The nightly rate as well as the minimum stay will be displayed on your prices calendar on BookingSync:

In addition to the prices set up on PriceLabs, you can add rates rules on BookingSync which will be applied on top of the prices received by PriceLabs. Indeed, some rates rules like: weekly or monthly discounts or Arrival on Saturday only don't exist on PriceLabs.

The flow will then be the following: PriceLabs send prices to BookingSync > BookingSync receives the prices information, check if any rates rules exist and apply them, check if a markup exist on the channel app and apply it > BookingSync send the corresponding prices to channels. 

NB: The minimum price set up on Smily will retain its role as the "floor price" that you authorize, even if Pricelabs pushes prices lower than this minimum price.
