- Install their App on your BookingSync account
- You will be asked to Authorize the sending of data from your BookingSync account to the Minut App, click on Authorize:
- You will be redirected to the Minut website where you need to create your account or to sign-in if you already have an account
- Once your account is created, go to the Integrations section of your Minut account and click on “Learn More and configure” under BookingSync :
- Click on the “Connect and configure” tab and click on “Connect”:
- You will then be able to link your BookingSync properties with the corresponding Minut sensor (please note that if you have multiple properties to connect, Minut can do it for you). Also if your homes (properties) weren’t created on Minut yet, you will have to create them.
- Once your properties are connected, it will trigger the sync of your existing future bookings as well as the guests details. Each time you will get a new booking, all the information will be automatically synced from BookingSync to Minut.
- The most important information to be synced is the guest mobile number for Minut system to be able to automatically send the guest an SMS alert as soon as the noise level is exceeded (you will also receive an alert via the Minut app each time an event is detected by the sensor). If this information wasn’t collected during the booking process, make sure to add it to your guest details on the booking on BookingSync (the information will automatically be synced with Minut). Please make sure to use an international format when filling out the phone number for the SMS sent by Minut to be correctly received by your guests.
- You can check all guests details per property in the “Your guests” section of the property page on Minut:
- On Minut dashboard, you will be able to set the security alarm (for when your property is empty) and the Noise monitoring per property:
