Angells - collaborative B2B OTA

What is Angells?

Angells is the first collaborative B2B OTA, co-built with over 50 short-term rental and travel experts. It connects hosts (property managers, concierge companies) with a network of agents (travel agencies, private concierges, event planners) who book on behalf of their clients. Once connected to Smily, it automatically syncs your listings and bookings.

Install and connect Angells

1. In Smily, open the “Apps” menu.
2. Install the Angells application.
3. Create your Angells account or log in to your existing account.
4. In Angells, click Host → Integration → Connect in the Smily box.
5. A Smily page opens: click Accept.
6. Sync then happens automatically. Your listings appear in the Angells interface. You can publish your listings in 1 click.

How the sync works

Bookings — There is no instant booking: you send your booking proposals to your contact on Angells. There is no minimum length of stay, and the booking window is open.

Payments — The funds for each booking are collected by Angells' Stripe account. You access your rents and commissions through your Stripe sub-account, in the Finance tab. Multi-IBAN is supported: add as many IBANs as you want and make transfers freely.

Pricing — No commission is charged on your rents. A markup is added to the rent and paid by the booking professional (14%, 10%, 5% or 0% depending on their subscription).

City tax — It is collected by you, the property manager.

Damage deposits — They are managed via bank imprint.

Cancellations — Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in; no refund within 30 days. To cancel, click the "Cancel" button in the details of the relevant booking.
