How to work with SUPERHOG from your BookingSync account?

Connect to your SUPERHOG's account and from the Integrations section, select BookingSync.

You will then be able to click on "Get your Authorization code" which will allow the sync between your BookingSync and SUPERHOG's accounts:

Add the code you will get from BookingSync to your SUPERHOG's account and save it:

Your properties and bookings will be synced and appear on your SUPERHOG's account. Select the ones you want to import to your SUPERHOG's and click on Update :

After you've made this first import, if you add new properties, you will need to click on Refresh listings to get them from your BookingSync account.

Your properties and bookings info will be then automatically synced:

 Bookings' sync is done every 15min. You will be able to see the status of each booking on your SUPERHOG's account:

SUPERHOG is sending a link to the guest each time there is a new booking for him to process with his verification. If you prefer sending this link from your BookingSync notifications, you can disable the sending of this email by SUPERHOG, get the link in your SUPERHOG's account and paste it into your notifications so it gets sent to your guests !

The current integration with BookingSync allows the properties and bookings to be synced into your SUPERHOG dashboard so an email is automatically sent to your guests (you can also add this link to your BookingSync notifications).

Please note that some improvements are planned soon to optimize the use of SUPERHOG from your BookingSync account (e.g modification of the properties description after the listings have been imported, pictures synchronisation, status of the guest verification sent back to BookingSync…)
