- Add the Locasun/Leboncoin application to your Smily account from the Smily app center: don't forget to click on the app once installed to authorize the sending of your data to Locasun:
- Contact the Locasun/Leboncoin team to set up your contract with them > Contact us!
The publication of your properties is done in 1 click for you by adding the leboncoin/Locasun App and will be processed as soon as possible by the leboncoin/Locasun teams as soon as they receive your request on their pro page dedicated to Smily customers.
The Locasun team will contact you by phone to finalize the set-up.
Once your contract has been signed, leboncoin/Locasun will automatically publish your ads on their sites!
As a reminder, professionals automatically benefit from double publication if the following criteria are met:
- Latitude and Longitude must be entered in the feed.
- The number of people must be equal to or greater than 2.
- A partner who only offers short breaks will not be listed on Leboncoin. There must be at least one 7-night stay (departing on Saturday).
Here's an example of an ad synchronized on Locasun and Leboncoin using the information entered in your BookingSync account:
It's important to fill in as much information as possible on the BookinSync interface for each property, to make your listings as complete as possible - the more complete they are, the more attractive they will be!
Don't hesitate to add equipment (interior descriptions, sleeping, bathroom and kitchen information). It's also important to specify costs. A charge that you indicate as compulsory at the time of booking (to be added to the compulsory charges with a rate) will be displayed on the product sheet as included in the price, as in this case for end-of-stay cleaning.
An optional supplement will be displayed as optional with the rate, as in this case for the linen/towel pack.
Promotions (“Special Offers”) are dynamically displayed with a crossed-out price, which is a great selling point!
Locasun/Leboncoin specificities:
- Destinations
Ads in France only on leboncoin.
Ads in France and Europe on Locasun.
For the 2 platforms, ads in € only for the moment.
- Instant booking
Your properties must be instantly bookable (properties that do not have this status will not be received by Locasun/leboncoin, as this is a prerequisite on their platforms).
- Rental Agreement:
Locasun / Leboncoin send a contract to the traveler as soon as he books on their platforms. There should therefore be no contract between the traveler and the property manager or owner. BookingSync users should therefore deactivate the “Contract” notification for all bookings originating from the source = locasun (if you use our Notifications App for contract management). In the case of BookingSync users using our “core” system for contract management, the sending of contracts has been deactivated for all bookings originating from Locasun / Leboncoin.
- Booking Payment
Locasun / Leboncoin will collect payment and pay you the net rent within 72 hours of arrival.
Please note that regardless of whether the reservation was made on the Locasun website or the Leboncoin website, it will show up on your BookingSync account with the source “Locasun”.
- City tax Management
It's up to you to pay the tourist tax. If your properties are set up correctly on BookingSync, this amount will be sent to Locasun / Leboncoin, who will collect it and pay it to you 72 hours after arrival, at the same time as the rent.
- Deposit Management
Locasun/leboncoin does not pay the deposit. It will simply be indicated as mandatory with the amount on the product sheet, and it is up to you to collect it (on the traveler's arrival, via the BookingSync payment link or via our partner Swikly).
- Cancelation policy
They will be negotiated with Locasun / Leboncoin and included in your contract with them. Only one type of condition will apply to all the properties in your account.
- Fees
Locasun / Leboncoin will always take into account the maximum number of occupants when calculating the fee per person (as Locasun does not ask for the number of travelers when calculating the price, but only after the reservation has been confirmed).
- Cancelations
Cancellations must be handled manually for the time being.
- If the traveler cancels, Locasun/Leboncoin sends an e-mail to the property manager or owner as soon as possible (within 24 hours) (or Locasun/Leboncoin calls if the reservation is very close). The property manager or owner will be able to cancel the booking on their BookingSync account and Locasun/Leboncoin will cancel on the platform.
- If the property manager or owner cancels, the property manager or owner must then contact Locasun / Leboncoin, by e-mail at reservation@locasun.com, remembering to indicate the Locasun/ leboncoin reservation number and the travelers' names. You can also let them know by telephone on 01 85 11 00 30 in addition to the e-mail (especially if the arrival date is near). The Locasun/Leboncoin team will then inform you of the refund terms and penalties.
- Modifications
Modifications are not supported.
- If the traveler wishes to make a change, Locasun will cancel the initial reservation (and send an email to the property manager or owner as soon as possible - see process described above for cancellations) and create a new reservation with the new changes, which will be posted automatically on BookingSync (if availability OK).
- If changes are made by the property manager or owner, the property manager or owner should then contact Locasun / Leboncoin, by e-mail at reservation@locasun.com, remembering to indicate the Locasun/ leboncoin booking number and the travelers' names. You can also let them know by telephone on 01 85 11 00 30 in addition to the e-mail (especially if arrival is imminent), and the procedure described above will be followed (i.e. cancellation of the initial booking and creation of the new booking).

Possible length of stay
Stays that can be synchronized are stays of : 2, 3, 4 nights free arrival and 7, 14, 21 nights Saturday arrival. All these types of stay are listed on Locasun, only week and multi-week stays (7, 14, 21 nights) from Saturday to Saturday are listed on Leboncoin (developments to support stays of 1 to 6 nights to come). Maximum stay is 28 days.
- Important to know
- Locasun may sell additional services to customers such as insurance, ski passes etc. on its own account.
- Locasun may charge a commission to the traveler, depending on the circumstances.
