Here you ‘ll find the process to add “aprouved email addresses” “approuved Links” in booking.com . This will avoid to have the Now famous. “link removed” or even that the notification was not sent at all, because she was blocked by Booking.com.
How to proceed:
In your Booking extranet,
1/Select a property 2/click on Establishment, then Messaging Preferences.
3/Then, in the last tab, Security settings
4/And you can add the email address you use for notification to be sent and your approved links. (Like for example the Tyllt link is https://app.tyllt.com/smily/ )
Please note that the original email address used by SMILY to send notification will be.
“ no-reply@smily.com“ so make sure to have it in authorized email address.
IMPORTANT : You can now click on "apply to all properties" for these settings to be bulk edit on all your rentals of the group account/LEID
