How to publish your properties on Veepee Voyage from your Smily account?

Prerequisites for publication on Veepee

• Quality photos of your properties (ideally 2400x1600 and 5MB maximum)
• Have a payment gateway set up for your rentals in Smily (to enable you to obtain your payments as soon as the booking is confirmed - according to your deposit/balance terms set up in Smily)

• Have up-to-date terms and conditions (for each property) and privacy policy (in the General Preferences of your Smily account)
• Have a description of your properties in French (for the moment, properties are only published on the French Veepee website).
• Fill in the field "Type of rental management = professional or non-professional" in your Smily account so that the words "Professional (or non-professional) listing managed by the name of your company" appear on the pages of your properties on the Veepee OTA:

• Rename your "fees" and "taxes" in Smily so that the details appear correctly on the booking widget (= quote).

• Keep your amenities up to date in your Smily account so that your properties appear in the themes that will be created by Veepee (also important for the search filter on the OTA, which travellers will certainly use to search for the equipment that would please them or that they need).

Publish your properties on Veepee from your Smily account

• Add the Veepee application to your account (Apps section then select the Veepee App in the App Center)
• You will be asked to accept the terms and conditions for publishing your goods on Veepee as well as the privacy policy linked to this partnership:

No need to sign a contract with Veepee, onboarding has been completely delegated to Smily!

Once the application has been added to your account :

1. Click on the App to authorise the sending of data from your Smily account to the Veepee OTA.

2. Click on the 3 small dots at the bottom right of the app and then on Preferences:

Here you can set :

the price increase you wish to add to this App, bearing in mind that Veepee's commission is 10% excluding VAT (on rent only) and that the site requires an exclusive discount of -5% on your prices compared with other OTAs for Veepee members. Please note that your price on Veepee must be the lowest compared with other platforms (except your direct site), as Veepee is a site that sells products at a discount (the discount can be applied to the rental price only):

The properties you wish to push to the platform (by default, all your properties will be sent to Veepee for verification). If you do not wish to publish certain rentals on Veepee, you will need to add them manually by clicking on "Add rentals to exclude" :

• Your properties will then be checked by our Smily teams before publication to confirm that all the pre-requisites listed above have been met! No contract needs to be signed with Veepee. They have entirely delegated the onboarding of Smily properties on their platform to us ;)
• IMPORTANT NOTE: please make sure that the Location section of each of your properties is correctly filled in, as below, in particular the "Geographical Area" section (Continent > Country > Region > City > Neighbourhood)

For Veepee, Smily has created a booking site (OTA) for holiday rentals, which Veepee promotes to its 27 million members in France!

Banners are created to showcase all your properties. This way, Veepee members can easily find THE property they are looking for and book it with you!

We work closely with the Veepee marketing teams to highlight the most relevant banners depending on the season, demand, supply, etc. These banners can therefore change from one week to the next.

As well as appearing in banners created by destination, your properties will also appear in categories according to the facilities they have (e.g. swimming pools, large capacities, etc.).
