The VR PM will not be eligible for an API name to pass as they do not have a Group Agreement with Expedia (Core OTA). VRBO Agreements and Expedia Group Lodging Agreements have different terms and conditions.The PM will need to reach out to their Expedia Account Manager about being on a Group Contract agreement, if they do not have one but have an Expedia Partner Central account, they will need to create a case in Expedia’s Help & Support and select Contact Us > My Account > My Expedia Group lodging agreement > Check on or start a new agreement.
- For a VR PM to be eligible for API onboarding on Expedia Core OTA, they will need to meet the following criteria;Sign a Group Contract Agreement with Expedia
- Have a minimum of 20 properties (single or multi-unit) and above to onboard with Expedia
- Use a connectivity provider that is certified for Property API (Account Manager/Associate will check on behalf of the PM)
If the PM does not have a Group Contract Agreement with Expedia, please note that Expedia (Core OTA) Account Management team is not accepting new VR PM acquisitions at this time due to business reasons, and we recommend onboarding with VRBO at this time via
