I. Invite an Owner to create their access
1- Once the app is open, click on "Invite an Owner".
2- An invitation form will open. You can now add the owner's details, select the language for communication, assign their rental(s), and choose the different elements they will have access to. Once all the information is filled in, click on the "Invite an Owner" button. The owner will then receive an invitation email with a link prompting them to confirm and create their owner account. This registration link can only be used once.
Once their owner account is created, owners must use this login link to access their dashboard:

II. Remove an Owner's access:
1- To remove an owner's access, you first need to dissociate the owner from the rental.
Go to the Rentals section, click on Change next to the owner's name, and then click Remove Access.
2- Next, go to the Owners section. You can now click Remove Owner, which will permanently delete the owner from the app.

What if my owner changes their email address?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the email address of an existing owner. You will need to first remove their access, delete their account, and then recreate it so they can set up a new owner space and password with their new login. Don't worry—all information linked to their account will remain unchanged and immediately accessible once access is recreated. They will be able to see all their ongoing reservations and blocked dates.
What if my owner has new properties?
You will also need to delete their account, recreate access, and assign all their properties using the invitation form.
I want to remove or add specific access for my owner (e.g., final pricing). How can I do that?
Similarly, you need to delete their account, recreate access, and assign the desired access permissions using the invitation form.
What if a property has multiple owners?
Ideally, the owners should create a shared email address and use it to log in with a single, common access.
