For testing purpose, we recommend first to change the recipient address (To field) to your own email address.

Balance due 1st reminder
Purpose: If the balance is not paid yet, this will be the first reminder to proceed with the payment
Requirements to activate: email for the guest, active payment gateway
Delivery window: 3 days before the due date defined on the booking

Purpose: If the balance is not paid yet after the first reminder, this will be the second reminder to proceed with the payment

Purpose: To inform the property manager that despite the reminders, the first payment on confirmed bookings has not been paid by the guest

Purpose: To inform the property manager that despite the reminders, the first payment on tentative bookings has not been paid by the guest

Contract
Purpose: To send a Contract notification to the guest after the reservation is made. Which will include the details of the booking
Requirements to activate: If you want to use this notification please turn on Manage Contracts By BookingSync in General Settings > Contract Management of your BookingSync account and Activate it in the Notification app:
Delivery window: 0 hours after the booking is created in BookingSync with a late condition of 1 hour before the arrival of the guests
Layout: Branded/Internal email
Note: This notification should be used with the booking filter: Contract Experimental, which will allow notification to be sent again in case of modification or cancellation of the booking.
Please note by design the contract won’t send for the Airbnb locked bookings. Usually, contracts that sent from Airbnb are the most valid ones. It is between Airbnb and the guest and Airbnb and the host, but not between the host and the guest.
Add your rental cancellation policy to the contract notification
Damage deposit request Swikly
Purpose: Send the guest the link for the security deposit before their arrival to validate their reservation.
Requirements to activate: Configure the Swikly application on the manager's account and ensure the guest's email is included in the reservation.
Delivery window: 10 days before the traveler's arrival
Layout: Branded email (external communication template)
Damage deposit reminder Swikly
Purpose: Remind the guest to complete the security deposit before their arrival to confirm their reservation.
Requirements to activate: Configure the Swikly application on the manager's account and ensure the guest's email is included in the reservation.

Booking confirmation to guest
Purpose: This notification confirms to the guest that their booking has been confirmed, with all the booking details being displayed.
Requirements to activate: guest email is available

City tax collection for Booking.com bookings
Purpose: This notification is a reminder for Booking.com's guests to pay city tax. It includes the payment link which redirects to the payment page with the city tax amount left to be paid.
Requirements to activate: guest email is available and payment gateway has been set up for all rentals available on Booking.com
Delivery window: 7 days to 0 hours before arrival
