When an inquiry is made on your website via BookNow or Inquiry form, an email is sent by default to the email account (i.e. the email recorded in your General Settings > About your Business).
You can define another email(s) as a recipient of this message in settings > Notifications. In this case, the account email will not receive the inquiries anymore.
- Click on
+ Add A New Inquiry Notification
- Enter the following information
- Email: new recipient of the inquiry notification
- Language: the notification can be sent in English or in French
- Click on
