Beyond Pricing is a partner who manages your rates and syncs them to platforms, such as BookingSync or Airbnb. 

General Information

• Beyond Pricing is not available in all the locations. You must check first on their homepage if your properties are in a city where they provide the service. New locations are added frequently and if you have 20+ properties on your location, you can ask them to prioritize it.
• Using Beyond Pricing to manage your rates has an extra cost of 1,25% of your monthly revenue, after a free month trial. You can check their pricing page.
• As soon as you use Beyond Pricing to manage your rates in BookingSync, you also need to manage the minimum stay in their platform.
• As soon as you use Beyond Pricing to manage your rates in BookingSync, you will not be able to use shared rate tables for these properties.
