Beyond Pricing - Use Beyond Pricing

 Set-up

1. Install the Beyond Pricing app, available on our App Center, from the Apps section of your account
2. Opens the BeyondPricing app from the Apps section
3. If necessary, create your account or log in
4. Allow the sync between Beyond Pricing and BookingSync
5. After a while, you'll find all your BookingSync rentals in your BeyondPricing account.
6. For each of the property click on REVIEW PRICES
7. The base price is initially defined by the base rate in BookingSync. You can change it whenever you need to adjust your prices in Beyond Pricing. If necessary, change the minimum price. Note that if you have a minimum rate set up in BookingSync, it will overwrite the one in Beyond Pricing and your rates might be higher than expected.
8. You can review the prices calculated by the algorithm.
9. In the Customize section, you can adjust a maximum price and the minimum stay (1 night by default)
10. Activate the price sync

After a short while, you'll see the prices calculated by Beyond Pricing in your BookingSync account, under the rate tab of the rental(s).

You can apply the BookingSync pricing strategy (rate rules) on top of the price calculated by Beyond Pricing. The additional price per person or discount based on the length of stay can only be defined as BookingSync rate rules.

Disconnect a listing from Beyond Pricing

If you want to stop using Beyond Pricing for your rental(s) you can disconnect it from BookingSync or from Beyond Pricing

Use Beyond Pricing to sync the rates with Airbnb

If you want also Beyond Pricing to sync your rates on the Airbnb channel, simply click on + LINK ANOTHER ACCOUNT and add your Airbnb accounts. 

You can set up different prices than for BookingSync.

What is the delay for the sync between BookingSync and Beyond Pricing?

The BookingSync >> BeyondPricing sync happens once every 24 hours, around 12AM, your local time. So the sync can take between 0 and 24 hours. The sync can be forced by clicking in your email on your BeyondPricing dashboard, then ACCOUNTS and Refresh.

The BeyondPricing >> BookingSync sync is instant. As soon as you change your rates, they will be reflected in BookingSync.

How often are my price recalculated by Beyond Pricing?

The prices are recalculated every 24 hours.

Do I get a discount by being a BookingSync customer?

No discount.
