3- What the owner sees and can do in the App

The Owner App offers property owners a simple and transparent way to access essential information and manage their rentals. Here's an overview of the key features:

1. Calendar Overview:

• View the calendar with upcoming bookings.
• Block dates to book their rental for personal use.
• Remove blocked dates if plans change.

2. Booking Details (Optional):

• If granted access by the Property Manager, owners can view the details of specific bookings.

3. Transactions View:

• Owners can check what the Property Manager owes them or has already paid.

4. Reports Section:

• Monthly reports displaying basic KPIs such as:
  • Number of nights rented per month
  • Average rate per night
  • Occupation rate

Important Notes:

• Owners cannot modify or cancel guest bookings. They can only block dates for personal use and remove those blocked dates later if needed.
• In the Settings section, owners can choose their preferred language (French or English).

The Owner App makes rental management more transparent while ensuring property managers maintain control over guest bookings.
