The Owner App provides Property Managers with essential tools to manage owner access and rental information. Here's what they can see and do:
1. Owners Section:
- View the list of all owners.
- Click on an owner to:
- See their transaction history.
- Access reports with detailed metrics.
- Manage access permissions for the owner.
2. Rentals Section:
- View the complete list of rentals.
- Link or unlink each rental to an owner as needed.
Important Note:
To ensure that transactions and reports show accurate values (and not zero or negative amounts), Property Managers must fill out the "Owner Payback" field for all bookings.
This can be done:
- Manually by entering the information directly.
- Automatically using Zapier (check this [article] for more information on automating owner paybacks with Zapier).
Efficient data management ensures that owners have accurate and up-to-date information through the app.
