In this section, you can manage your billing information and payment methods for all payments made to Smily.
Smily subscriptions are billed monthly and charged directly to the payment card recorded in your account. Invoices are issued using the information provided in the Billing details section.
Please ensure that all billing and payment information is accurate and kept up to date to avoid any payment issues.
Note that only the owner of the account can access this section. You'll find the onwer of the account in the User roles section.

Billing Details
Billing details are required so we can invoice you according to the tax regulation of your country. All the information will appear on your monhtly invoice.
Make sure to fill in your VAT number if you have one so we don't charge you VAT if we should not.
Credit card on file
A valid payment card is required to pay:
- Your monthly Smily subscription
- One-off charges
- Adjustments and any other invoiced amounts
New payment card form (important)
As part of an improvement to our billing system, Smily now offers a new secure payment card form in:
Settings → Billing
During the transition period:
- The existing card form will remain available and functional until the end of December
- The new card form will be used for all Smily payments starting in January
- To ensure uninterrupted payments, we strongly recommend adding your payment card using the new form.
Adding a card to the new form
When adding your card using the new form:
- You will be asked to complete a 3D Secure (3DS) authentication
- Once the authentication is completed, no further action is required
- Your card will be securely stored and ready for all future payments to Smily
Important:
If your current card is expiring soon, you can still update it using the existing form during the transition period. However, adding your card to the new form ensures your payments continue smoothly from January onward.
Smily accepts Visa and Mastercard cards only.
Payment history
In this section, you'll find the list of all the payments that have been invoiced by BookingSync with the associated invoices.
Cancel your account
In case you are not satified with Smily's service, we really recommend to contact us first. We would be really keen to help you and find the best solution or workaround for your issues.
In case, you really want to cancel your account, you can click on the link that will send our Customer Success team an email. We will recontact you to confirm and proceed to the cancellation.
