In this section, you can manage your billing information.
BookingSync has a monthy subscription is that is charge directly in the credit card recorded in the
Credit card on file panel and an invoice is sent with the billing information provided in the
Billing details panel.
Make sure all the information is accurate and up-to-date.
Note that only the owner of the account can access this section. You'll find the onwer of the account in the User roles section.
In this article
Billing details are required so we can invoice you according to the tax regulation of your country. All the information will appear on your monhtly invoice.
Make sure to fill in your VAT number if you have one so we don't charge you VAT if we should not.
Credit card on file
A credit card is necessary so we can invoice the monthly subscription and other paying service (like the on-boarding package).
Note that we only accept MasterCard and Visa.
If you don't have any accepted credit card, a wire transfer is still possible for 6 or 12 months. In this case, please contact your BookingSync Customer Care team.
In this section, you'll find the list of all the payments that have been invoiced by BookingSync with the associated invoices.
If you have a discount code, for example a reseller, a partner or an event code, you can enter it in this section. The value of the monthly subscription will automatically be updated according to the discount code.
Cancel your account
In case you are not satified with BookingSync service, we really recommend to contact us first. We would be really keen to help you and find the best solution or workaround for your issues.
In case, you really want to cancel your account, you can click on the link that will send our Customer Care team an email. We will recontact you to confirm and proceed to the cancellation.
