When setting up a trial account do I need to pre-fill credit card information?
No credit card isn’t required when signing up for a trial
Will I be able to connect more than one source to my account ?
Yes, you are able to connect as many systems and sources as you want to your account.
You need at least one source such as your PMS, Airbnb or Booking.com account in order to start.
Can I start using Wishbox without synced properties ?
You are not unable to use Wishbox without any synced properties.
Syncing will allow you to view all your rentals and reservations in Wishbox and start customizing your guidebook, messages and additional services and more.
How many rentals could I sync?
All your active rentals will be imported to Wishbox there is no limitation.
Can I use Wishbox for only some of my rentals ?
Yes, upon syncing your system you will be able to move some rentals to inactive mode.
Inactive rentals still appear in your Wishbox account but are not enabled.
You can change the Wishbox status from not active to active at any time.
Can I enable only specific tools in Wishbox ?
Yes, you are able to start with specific tools such as the online check-in or guidebook.
You do not need to activate all of Wishbox solutions at once.
Will I be able to give access to additional team members ?
Yes you can create many users and give your team members full or limited access to your account.
What if I manage multiple brands ?
You can manage multiple brands under one Wishbox account.
Wishbox allows you to create different brands and configure different settings for each brand you manage
What about pricing?
Only active rentals which have bookings will be charged every month. Please refer to the pricing
There is + New Rental / + New Reservation button on Wishbox, can I add new rentals / reservations?
Yes you can but it won’t be imported to BookingSync
Will I be able to disconnect or delete my data in the future ?
Yes, Wishbox is GDPR ready allowing you to disconnect and delete data at any time.
