Guest Online Portal + PreCheck-in Form Communications are now available in Dutch & German!
Responding to your requests, your guests will now find our Guest Portal Versions (WebApp and Mobile App) in German and Dutch! Besides that, if you have the Automated Pre-Checkin email activated in your settings and your guests's locale language is indicated to be dutch or german, they'll receive the communication directly in their language :)
They'll also find the content of the PreCheck-in Form in their language.
Excel version of your Completed Jobs list is now available for export:
Track the Time used for each Job; know exactly how anyone is performing; or opt for a pay-per-hour pricing model - these are some of the options this Excel will bring.
1- With the Excel you can easily track Who does what, WHEN it was started.
2- You will easily see by Whom the Jobs were Claimed and Completed during a given Period.
3- Track Duration of all your completed your operations.
The system will use the start and end time of each Job -manually editable from within each job.
4- Easily monetize your Team's work: account and pay your Team members according to the Completed Jobs Excel.
Take the total time of duration, multiply it by the amount each Member earns (fixed per cleaning or per hour) and Add the resulting value to the corresponding Payments in the Accounting.

- Improved synchronization with BookingSync regarding the Active Rentals. If any Rental is deactivated on BookingSync's side, it will automatically be de-activated in Rental Ninja as well, so you’ll not be invoiced for them. Nevertheless, you’ll be able to manually connect it again through the App Center even though you keep it disabled on BookingSync's side.
