Brand new Interface + Guest Online Portal + PreCheck-in Form Communications are now available in 6 languages

• With the Mobile App you can easily track Who does what & WHEN it was started.
• You will easily see by Whom the Jobs were Claimed and Completed during a given Period.
• Review the Task through the Media shared and the information provided in each Booking.

   

Accounting

• Enjoy the new interface layout of the Accounting Module, easier to use, where we divide by Booking Price, Fees and Services, Taxes, and allow you to Add Recurring Items. Allowing you to make the specific changes your company requires.

• You are able to create and download Statements from Rentals that have been deleted from your Channel Manager and have pending Bookings to account.
  
  
• Track, through your Statements, the different Payment Methods used by your guests (including Damage Deposits).

• To simplify your calculations of the “Money Not Yet Received” from the OTAs, we have created two columns in the statements that will allow you to see what’s owed, and what the total should be.

Task Management

Upload pictures directly from your phone's gallery up to 10 at a time OR take on the spot and upload them at the same time.

Improved visibility of the Task Modules: a chronological order, color coding, and more intuitive warning messages.

Guest Module 

• Access the information filled in by the guest in the PreCheck-in Form from the Mobile App.

Improved visibility of the PreCheck-in Form for your guests :

You can now opt out of some of the automated Email Reminders with the PreCheck-in Form that will be sent to your guests, and select wich information you need to collect from them.

• Our recommended settings will also assist you in adjusting within the configuration and selecting the ideal Guest Module to ensure you have all of the necessary information.

• Fast synchronization of BookingSync Comments and modifications.
• Improved synchronization with BookingSync regarding the Active Rentals.  If any Rental is deactivated on BookingSync's side, it will automatically be de-activated in Rental Ninja as well, so you’ll not be invoiced for them. Nevertheless, you’ll be able to manually connect it again through the App Center even though you keep it disabled on BookingSync's side.
