Property Managers who connect Smily to other tools through Zapier now have three new pieces of data to build automations around, rolled out across the 1.6 series of our Zapier integration.
1) Booking revenue distribution (v1.6.0)
What it is
The figures from Smily Revenue Distribution corresponding to the property manager’s commission are now available in Zapier.
Why it matters
This allows you to send commission amounts to accounting tools, spreadsheets, or reporting dashboards without manual exports or copy/paste.
New trigger: Booking Revenue Distribution
Available fields:

2) Owner details on rentals (v1.6.1)
What changed
Rentals now include additional owner information, making it easier to sync owners to external tools.
Rental — new fields
owner_email
owner_fullname
owner_notes
Example use cases
Sync owners to a CRM/contact list
Trigger owner-facing workflows (emails, tasks, etc.)
Keep owner notes consistent across tools
3) Payment charge commission on bookings (v1.6.2)
What changed
Bookings now expose the payment charge commission (commission tied to the booking’s payment charge on OTAs such as Booking.com or Marriott).
Booking — new field
payment_charge_commission
Example use cases
Reconciliation workflows
Accounting automations
Revenue reporting where payment-charge commissions must match
Note: If you don’t see the new fields immediately in Zapier, refresh Zapier and re-select the relevant trigger/action step so Zapier reloads the latest field list.
(If you want, tell me whether the manual should be in EN only or bilingual EN/FR, and I’ll produce the FR version too.)
