By default, guests are not required to enter their billing address when making a payment on the Smily payment page. The billing address is not required to process a payment through SmilyPay or Stripe, so this information is not requested.
If you wish to collect your customers’ billing address when they make a booking payment, you have the option to configure your payment page to require the billing address in your account settings.
Simply go to Settings > Payments and use the check box under Billing Details to configure the payment page according to your preference.
