Default preferences

Here you can define the values that will be set for your payment settings. By default, they will be applied to all rentals and bookings but they can be overriden.

• Downpayment: default downpayment percentage. It can be overriden in the rentals > Rates tab.
• Balance due: default delay for the payment of the balance. Note that if the booking is created after the balance is due, the full amount will be requested for the first payment. It can be overriden in the rentals > Rates tab.
• Refund damage deposit after: number of days before you refund the damage deposit. Note that this information is not used anywhere.
• Charge deposit: indicates if the damage deposit will be requested With the booking payment = with the payment of the balance or On Arrival. It can be overriden in the booking.

Once you have set up your default preferences, click on Update Settings.
