• Guest Review Score range
• Tags, Last Updates, Legal Entity ID, Booking.com ID and more

Filtered view? Simply hit Export to download a CSV of your current list with all filters applied.

New flow in order to connect your listing to Booking.com

Forget about the drag and drop!

Thanks to a new action at the right of each of your non-connected listing, you can now click on Connect and just follow the steps to successfully connect your listing to Booking.com!

1/ Easily filter by Unconnected rental

2/ Click on Connect action

3/ Select between

Publish this rental to booking.com = you’ve created this listing on Smily and you are connecting to Booking.com;

Link a Booking.com property with this rental = you want to link an existing Booking.com’ listing with one on Smily

a) If option ‘Publish this rental to Booking.com’

Just select the booking model then follow the steps 🙂

b) If option ‘Link a Booking.com property with this rental’
Follow the steps explained within this page

• To change and select Smily as new provider for this listing
  
  Click on connect additional account

  ℹ️You can use the quick "connect button" instead of going to booking.com’ extranet to make it easier and faster :) 
  

Just enter the booking.com Hotel id of the listing you want to map to this Smily listing and follow the steps:

Select any connected listing to open a side panel where you can:

• 🔄 Trigger an instant sync
• 🌐 View your Booking.com public URL
• 🧩 Access 50+ configurable channel settings including pricing, availability, cancellation policies, and more

🚦 Real-Time Status Indicators

Use built-in color tags to instantly assess listing status:

• 🟢 Bookable – Ready to receive bookings
• 🟡 Pending – Connection is in progress
• 🔴 Blocked – Action needed (blocked > 12h)
• ⚪ Closed – Listing is inactive or closed on Booking.com

These indicators help you prioritize fixes and stay ahead of issues.
