Must know before connecting your rentals with Booking.com

Main things to consider before starting the connection to Booking.com

• There are 2 connection types available with Booking.com, partial (calendar + rates are only synchronized) and full (Content API). Full sync is only available if the property doesn't exist yet on Booking.com and you create it from BookingSync.
• The creation/connection can take several hours so choose the best time to start the connection.
• We don't manage multi-units, please contact us if you have this kind of management.
• The rental must be "published" in BookingSync.
• Rates must be synced with Booking.com (no choice).
• For partial sync, the connection (mapping) must be done in Booking.com app before BookingSync enables the connection.
• For partial sync, you must select a rate in the Booking.com app for the standard rate of each rental.

• For partial sync, the BookingSync sync "sleep max" must equal the Booking.com "standard occupancy of adults."
