How to check if the connection is working?

Check if your rates are correctly synced

BookingSync uses the LOS pricing mode to sync the rates with Booking.com. It means that we do not send a nightly rate to Booking.com but a rate for a stay of 1, 2, 3, 4 nights, etc. This rate includes the season rate, the rate rules, the special offers the mandatory fees and the taxes, according to the rate kind chosen during the connection (step 9).

You can easiliy compare your price in BookingSync with the LOS price table in Booking.com.

The LOS price table can be found in your Booking.com extranet, under Rates and Availability > LOS Price Table.

You can also directly check in your Booking.com public page the rates for specific dates.

TIP: You can mark-up the rates sent to Booking.com in Settings Application
