Remove a Listing from the Partial - Regular Sync π
Steps:
1. Access Smily App π§βπ»:
- Go to the Apps section in the Smily platform.
- Select Booking.com.
2. Find the Listing π:
- Locate the listing you want to disconnect from Booking.com.
3. Disconnect the Listing β:
- Hover over the check mark next to the listing.
- The check mark will change to a Disconnect button.
- Click Disconnect.
Finalization β³:
- The listing will be disconnected and closed on Booking.com π«.
- Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for the listing to be marked as non-bookable on Booking.com.
Important Notes β οΈπ:
- After disconnecting, the listing cannot be connected to a new hotel ID π¨.
- The listing can only be reconnected to the same hotel ID on Booking.com.
Remove a Listing from Booking.com Extranet and Disconnect from Smily π
To fully disconnect the rental from the channel manager:
1. Access Your Booking.com Extranet π»:
- Log in to your Booking.com extranet account. π₯οΈ
2. Select the Property π :
- Choose the property you wish to disconnect.
3. Go to Account Settings βοΈ:
4. Deactivate XML Connection π:
- The XML connection will become inactive, and the listing will no longer be available through Smily.
Final Step - Mandatory to Inform Smily Team π©
- Notify Smily support to finalize the disconnection process π¨
Final Notes π‘:
- Disconnecting a listing is a permanent action and can only be undone by reconnecting it to the same Booking.com hotel ID π¨.
- Always ensure that the XML connection is properly deactivated to avoid any issues with bookings or availability π .
