How to connect my listings to Flatio?

Publishing your listings on Flatio is very easy and smooth! You can simply follow these steps:

• Go to the Flatio app on your Smily account and click on Install
• You will be asked to Authorize the sending of data to their app > Click on Authorize.
• You will be redirected to Flatio’s dashboard where you need to create an account.
• You can also visit this page to create an account.
• You will be guided through a quick onboarding process. You don't need to fill in the information about your property as all information will be imported automatically from BookingSync during the next step. Thus you can just enter "xxx" into each field and delete this listing later on your account.
• Once you successfully create your profile, you’ll be on your Flatio’s dashboard. Click on your name in the top right corner, and in the menu on the left, select > Integration > BookingSync.

• Click on the Import button. You will be redirected to the BookingSync authorization page where you need to authorize the Flatio web app on your BookingSync account.
• You can then select the properties you want to import and click on Import.

Your listings as well as your calendar availability will be imported within a few minutes.

Note: If you already have an account on Flatio, you can just connect your BookingSync listings to your existing properties on Flatio.

After the import is finalized:

• In your Flatio profile, go to section Properties.

• Finally, turn on advertising all your properties you wish to activate on Flatio:

Please note that Flatio may alert you with some additional requirements for your property to be advertised, such as missing floor number or other details.

You will be able to set up minimum and maximum LOS within Flatio's interface directly.
