What is synchronized and when?

1. Property information: As soon as you connect your BookingSync account, the properties you selected will be imported to Flatio with the following information: title, description, amenities, location, pictures. Any change you make on this information on BookingSync will be automatically updated on Flatio.
2. Prices: In your Flatio profile, you can also choose to import the short-term or mid-term prices (they aren’t imported by default). If you choose to do so, the base prices, seasonal prices and even custom (interval) prices will be imported to Flatio.

To adjust the pricing settings on Flatio, go to Properties > Rental prices and duration and set up your preferences in terms of lease duration, base prices, seasonal prices, custom prices and discounts. Flatio has a separate setting of these options for both short- and mid-term rentals.
