You can track the activity on your website using the following tools :
- Facebook App
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager

We made it as simple as possible to get started, all you have to do is to get your ID for each service you want to use and paste these on the respective fields in the website builder app.
The necessary scripts will then be added automatically to your website and tracking will begin for the following events:
- Page View (any page)
- Search (search, category and destination pages)
- View Content (product page)
- Contact (contact form)
- Lead (new inquiry )
- Initiate Checkout (go to the payment page)
- Purchase (payment is done)
You can also track events if you are using our BookNow widget on your own website, for this, please follow this article.
How to get the ID for each service:
Before you can start gathering data, you need to have a Google account, sign up for analytics tracking, and choose what data you want to track.
You can add it to on Website Builder > Préférences > Google Analytics and Google tag manager and the tracking will begin :

GA4 Key (Measurement ID)
In GA4, the “key” you use to send data is the Measurement ID.
💡 Example of a GA4 ID: G-XXXXXXXXXX (always starts with G- followed by 10 letters/numbers)
How to find it in your GA4 account:
Log in to Google Analytics.
Select the GA4 property you want to use.
In the left menu, click Admin (gear icon at the bottom left).
In the Property column, click Data Streams, then select your stream (e.g., Web).
Under Tagging Instructions, you will see the Measurement ID: this is your GA4 “key”, e.g., G-1A2BC34DE5.
GTM Key (Container ID)
In Google Tag Manager, the key used is the Container ID.
💡 Example of a GTM ID: GTM-ABCDE123 (always starts with GTM-)
How to find it in your GTM account:
Log in to Google Tag Manager.
Select the container for your site.
On the dashboard, at the top right, you will see the Container ID, e.g., GTM-ABC1234.
Facebook App (pixel)
To add the Facebook Pixel, you will need to create a Facebook business account.
You will then need to create a business profile and once completed, you will be able to create a pixel:
You need to choose a name for the pixel and add the link to your website, you will then receive your ID which you will need to paste in your settings in BookingSync as we did before for Google Analytics.
