Create a deal on Booking.com

BookingSync is synchronizing its Special Offers as Basic Deal Promotion and it will appear on Booking.com.

Promotions are special prices that a property can offer during a certain time window.

The basic deal is an easy and fully customizable promotion, which will give the guest a discount on selected rooms and rates.

How does it work?

Go to your Booking.com App on BookingSync side  > Rentals:

• Select - Standard rate without special offers 
• Tick the box to chose on which rate kind you want to apply the special offers

To apply a special offer in BookingSync side go to the Rentals tab > Special Offers:

• Enter a discount name (avoid special characters !), select dates, percentage of the discount

What can I expect on Booking.com?

• On your Extranet, you will see the Promotions appear :

Please be aware that if in BookingSync you choose to synchronise your rate to Booking.com as rental price with special offers, you won't be able to select the box to sync Special Offers and a warning is displayed:

Note that if you synchronise your rate to Booking.com as rental price with special offers the rate we push to Booking.com will include the special offers as a global price.
