The Booking Management feature is one of Smily's major functionalities. It allows you to view, filter, analyze, and modify your bookings in just a few clicks.

1. Accessing Booking Management
➤ Step 1: Log in to your Smily account
After logging in, go to the "bookings" section via the menu located in the left sidebar.
2. Using filters to target your bookings
One of the essential points: filters. They allow you to display only the bookings that interest you.
➤ Step 2: Open the filter area
At the top of the page, you will find several cumulative filters.
➤ Step 3: Choose your criteria
Among the available filters:
- Booking status Example: Confirmed, pending, cancelled.

- Tags
- Missing payment To quickly identify unpaid or partially paid stays.

The detail page is divided into two main areas:
3.1. Left side: the global overview
You will find here:

Property name, etc.

- Arrival date
- Departure date
- Stay duration
- Ability to adjust check-in and check-out times
✔ Booking notes
For example: "Late arrival", "Allergy", etc.

With a quick copy module to avoid errors and save time.

From this interface, you can see the guest's phone number or email address.

➤ Cancel a booking
🛑 Important: for OTA bookings (Airbnb, Booking...), cancellation must often be done from the original platform. Contact Smily if necessary.
➤ Modify a booking
By clicking on Edit, you can adjust:
- Dates
- Guest information
- Price
- Number of guests
- Notes
- Etc.
Once finished, click Save to return to the main view.
