Availability Override

You can define an availability override for your listings synchronized to OTA's via BookingSync. You can access the availability override feature via the app preferences of the OTA.

This setting is available for several apps suchs as Booking.com, Airbnb, HomeAway, TripAdvisor, Expedia, or Website.

Close availability for the next
This setting allows you to block your calendar for X days from today. 
Example: close for the next 2 days means availability is blocked for today and for tomorrow.

Close availability after
This setting allows you to define the number of days after which your calendar will automatically be closed. 

To define the availability for all the rentals, fill in the fields and click on Save.

To define availability for each rental, click on Add rental availability override, select a rental and fill in the fields and click on save rental's availability override.
