This article describes the main sections available in Installed Apps → Website Builder → App Preferences.
Depending on your account configuration, some options may be missing or unavailable.
Price Increase
This section allows you to set a price increase applied to rates sent to the Website Builder.
Default Price Increase
- Set a default markup percentage.
- This percentage can be applied to all rentals and periods, depending on the available settings.
- Remember to click Submit Changes to save.
Specific Price Increases
- Use Add a new price increase period to create more targeted rules.
- In practice, this is used to apply a different increase during a specific period (e.g., high season).
Commission percentage
The commission percentage configuration is detailed in this article (see below):
Closed periods
This section is typically used to manage closure periods (e.g., blocking the calendar for X days).
Specific Content
This section allows you to add specific content for each rental.
- Click on Add new content for the rental.
- You can then define the targeted content (based on the available options) for a specific rental.
Location Synchronization
This feature allows you to show or hide listings on your website.
A default visibility option is available, with Yes/No choices, to define whether new locations should be automatically visible in the Website Builder app.
In the "Listings Not Visible in Website Builder" section, you can add specific listings that you want to exclude from your website.
