What is Full Sync (CAPI) ?
Content API (CAPI) is the technical solution provided by Booking.com allowing the full synchronisation of the listing between Smily and Booking.com (content, rates, availability, pictures).

How to convert the current Partial Sync listings to Full Sync listings ?
Note 1 : The listings that you push and create from Smily to Booking.com (as explained here) are automatically set to Full Sync (CAPI).
Note 2 : You can't convert, on your own, the properties that have multiple rooms at Booking.com side. Indeed, the "Enable Full Sync" button won't be available. For such conversion, please send us a request through a support ticket.
- Define the listing settings by clicking on the "Change settings" menu :

- Click on the "Enable Full Sync" button :
- Start the conversion :
Await for some hours and the listing will be converted.
You'll note that the "Enable Full Sync" button won't be anymore present and that a green check mark is displayed :

Note 1 : Be careful with the fees management differences between Partial and Full Syncs. Read about the details, here.
Note 2 : At the step 3 (start of the conversion), you'll ne notified about any errors blocking the conversion. These errors need to be handled in order to start the conversion. Here is an example of some errors :
