What is Full Sync (CAPI) ?

How to convert the current Partial Sync listings to Full Sync listings ?
Note 1 : The listings that you push and create from Smily to Booking.com (as explained here) are automatically set to Full Sync (CAPI).
Note 2 : You can't convert, on your own, the properties that have multiple rooms at Booking.com side. Indeed, the "Enable Full Sync" button won't be available. For such conversion, please send us a request through a support ticket.
Step 1: From the b.com app, click on "view".
Step 2: Choose the connection model, full or partial.
Notes
Note 1: Be aware of the difference in fee management between Partial and Full Synchronizations. Please read this page for more information.
Note 2: You will be notified of any errors that prevent the connection type change operation. These errors must be resolved before the conversion can begin.
