Note: starting on May 17th 2021, Booking.com applies new cancellation policies.
Booking.com decided to only keep 50% and 100% cancellation policies without mixed fees.
In other words, you can't have cancellation policies like 50% fee at reservation and 50% fee at X days before the check-in date.
Furthermore, no prepayment is still supported for free cancellation policies.
As a consequence, your Booking.com app will be updated with only the new allowed options as 50% and 100% fees.
According to the sync type (full or partial), the cancellation policies are respectively adjustable either on your Booking.com app (in BookingSync) or directly on your Booking.com Extranet.
