Booking.com decided to only keep 50%, 100% and 0% cancellation policies without mixed fees. Penalty after deadline can be either 100%, 50% or 0%.
In other words, you can't have cancellation policies like 50% fee at reservation and 50% fee at X days before the check-in date.
Furthermore, no prepayment is still supported for free cancellation policies.

How to apply my Booking.com Cancellation Policies?
According to the sync type (full or partial), the cancellation policies are respectively adjustable either on your Booking.com app (in BookingSync) or directly on your Booking.com Extranet.
