The collection of your reviews starts with an automatic email to request the review. This notification is included in our standard notifications, which you will find in the Notification App.
BookingSync has 3 notifications related to the reviews
- Review request
- Review not received: reminds the guest to leave a review if not done yet
- Review received: informs you that a new review has been submitted by a guest.
To start collecting your reviews
- Go to Apps > Notifications
- Activate the notifications called Review request and Review not received
The review request email will be sent 1 day after the departure of the guest to all guests by default. If you want to change these settings, you can edit the notification and
- change the Send from in the Define delivery Window section
- Add a filter to exclude certain sources
