1. Last-Minute discount: In your Smily dashboard, create a last-minute rate rule with a constant discount, ensuring your property stands out even for spontaneous bookings.
2. Early Bird discount: Set up an early booking rate rule with discounts aligned with the for bookings of at least 28 days ahead showcasing eye-catching "strike-through pricing" 🏷️

Important Note: If you've set default last-minute or early bird discounts on Airbnb, we'll replace them with your Smily settings for a unified approach. 🔄

2. Set your discounts via the Smily rate rules: 

• Go to 'Rentals' 
• Click on the Rates tab
• Add one the following rate rule or all:

  • Always apply
  • Set a discount with a negative value percentage
