How to import a rental?

To populate your BookingSync account, you can import your listings directly from your Airbnb accounts.

1. Install our Airbnb app from the Apps section of your account.
2. Request our support team to have your Airbnb account added (https://manual.bookingsync.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007898294-How-to-connect-an-Airbnb-account-)
3. Click on Import Rental on each rental you want to import.

   

4. Update your rentals to complete missing steps so they're all labeled "Published".
   When you come back to the Rentals section, if you leave your mouse over the message saying "X steps to publish", you should see what is missing. The most common are:
   
   • Future period missing: You need to define one period to apply the price. You can define it in the Rates tab, New period.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KNzVt-rtU80
5. Check that the following information is completed in your BookingSync account for each property:
   • Base tab: you need to have the description of the furniture for each bedroom and bathroom.

     

   • Description tab: you need a description
   • Photos tab: you need at least one photo per room.

NOTE: if you don't have any rental in your BookingSync account when you connect your first Airbnb account, this import is automatic.
